Education, per se, is about capacity building and competence initiation, aligned well with the holistic needs of learners who remain at the epicenter of the school's ecosystem. It is vital that the institution comprehend the societal as well as the learners’ needs that give it a bearing and wings to accomplish those, and in doing so, serve the larger interest of all the stakeholders.

Subsequent to my induction as the Principal of VSE- Vivekanand School of Excellence, Bhopal, the institution resolves to affiliate with Central Board of Secondary Education, wherein the NCERT curriculum prescribed by CBSE syncs with the NEP 2020. Our humble beginning, some eight years ago, rooted in the Indian ethos and the universal values, drives us to the cause of excellence in education and community service. A thrive and drive on identifying, developing, and implementing a strategic approach to continuous improvements in education delivery via a collaborative environment that promotes professional development for staff and active participation from students holds prominence in our scheme of things, furthermore, by that means making me self-assured vis-à-vis my potentialities into realities, to accomplish objectives that the school managing committee has entrusted to me.

Vidyamritmashnute" (विद्ययामृतमश्नुते), a Sanskrit phrase from the Isha Upanishad, meaning "immortality is attained through knowledge," holds significance in contemporary times, where the economy is knowledge-driven; nevertheless, knowledge without character becomes a social sin, representing dangerous intellectual power detached from moral integrity and therefore VSE's growth compass finds it alignment in students' character building, integrity coupled with the concept of lifelong learning, rationalizing that education delivered at Vivekanand School of Excellence foster holistic development for all, not just for schooling, but for life, balanced on UNESCO's four pillars—learning to know, learning to do, learning to be, and learning to live together in order to promote creativity, democracy, and equality.
